JOB SUMMARY
A leading grower and exporter of Wisconsin-grown American ginseng seeks a highly qualified Marketing Manager with
a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, International Marketing, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is acceptable).
Candidates should have 4 years of experience in marking, including collecting, cleaning, and analyzing marketing data,
maintaining company data, and proposing solutions to meet business needs, 3 years of team management experience,
preferably as a department or business center head with strong team management and leadership skills, and 2 years of
experience in B2B and B2C marketing, including both individual customer and corporate client markets. Occasional
domestic or international travel according to the company’s needs.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
To apply for this position, you must meet the following criteria:
∙Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a closely related field (foreign equivalent is
acceptable).
∙At least 4 years of demonstrated experience in marking, including collecting, cleaning, and analyzing
marketing data, maintaining company data, and proposing solutions to meet business needs.
∙At least 3 years of team management experience, preferably as a department or business center head with
strong team management and leadership skills.
∙At least 2 years of experience in B2B and B2C marketing, including both individual customer and corporate
client markets.
∙Proven Ability to conduct market research and analysis with proficiency in interpreting data and making
informed decisions.
∙Demonstrated project management skills and must be effective in planning and execution of marketing
activities.
∙Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a team
environment with all levels of staff/management within the organization.
∙Ability to adapt to life and work at a farm. Flexibility to adjust working hours due to time differences with the
parent company in China. Willingness to travel domestically or internationally on an occasional basis
according to the company’s needs.
∙Proven experience in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns, must be able to provide specific
successful case studies.
∙Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
JOB DUTIES
●Investigate local sales of our products, research consumer opinions, and analyze marketing and sales strategies
implemented by major competitors.
●Identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging product trends.
●Develop and refine pricing, distribution, and promotional strategies.
●Collect and analyze data on customer mapping and segmentation, preferences, needs, and buying habits to
identify potential customers, markets, and factors affecting product demand and customer retention.
●Develop e-commerce services to enhance brand awareness.
●Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers by consistently engaging with
them to understand their needs, preferences, and business challenges.
●Coordinate resources to meet sales goals, increase market share, and ensure customer satisfaction.
●Analyze market trends, collect competitive insights, and continuously cultivate new customer relationships to expand business horizons.
●Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance, and strategically refine marketing
and sales tactics to improve outcomes.
●Monitor promotional activities and trade shows to market products or services effectively.
